The mission was to extract information from an agent in jungle. Drop in grab the info from the location and quickly and quietly move through the jungle to exfil. Easy in out intel mission. But... She was so quiet I didn't even hear her, next thing I know I have a gun to my temple and a set of eyes fixed on me. She took the information package and was gone in seconds. But those eyes, she saw right through me just as I did her. Those few moments felt like hours. I can't get those eyes out of my mind. Three hours later she's waiting for me at the exfil site. I can't let her get to me, crawl under my skin. But I have to know more about her. Soap says she goes by Reaper and she's assisting the 141 in taking down a terrorist organisation. She is not what Ghost expects and she triggers changes in his life that he never expected to experience. This is a slow burn friendship/love story. I wanted to give Simon 'Ghost' Riley some much needed love, happiness and comfort. The story doesn't follow the events of the Modern Warfare stories, but does borrow details from canon. This is my first attempt at writing for others, so constructive comments are welcome. This is a site for people to share their inspiration and stories. Working at a bar means that you meet all kinds of people: criminals, alcoholics, tourists, and last but not least, soldiers. While it might seem like an uneventful job apart from having to separate bar fights, it's more complicated than one may think. You see an ad for a job at a bar as a waitress, and since you need money, you check the place out. You don't know what you got yourself into, and you have no clue why the military is involved. This is not good news for your wish to start a new life.
