Faye is used to being set against the mysterious monsters known as Aed. She has dealt with those they give power to, the Aedly, for all of her life. Unfortunately this time her enemies are just people, and for the first time in a long time Faye is alone. And she knows from experience that people can be the worst kind of monsters.

He tried to reach the sky, he fell into a trap instead. I know I'm not normal but for me I'm normal because it's been like this since forever, I want to go to a place, all I need to do is close my eyes and imagine the place and somehow I end up in that place. Thomas keeps his secret a secret for two reasons. 1. He would never be able to be normal again and 2. He would be transported to the science lab and all his dreams would be crushed. When he goes on a road trip with his friends, a community called FUTURE captures him and his friends and now they're in a trap, when a girl he meets there who goes missing, he wants to find her but it is easy to fall into a trap but not so easy to get out of it.
