That is, until Pomni begins to do her research and understand what abstraction really means- what it takes from a person, and more importantly, what it leaves behind. After episode 9 the cast of the amazing digital circus is left with the sad reality that they aren't real people and are healing, as Caine knows what he did was wrong and is working to fix it. Meanwhile Pomni is coping with the fact one of the people she considered a friend has abstracted and is trying to fix the broken cracks and seeing if he is able to be saved along with the other abstracted. SPOILERS FOR EP 9!!⚠️ This will be a fluffy fic since I write way too much smut. It doesn't correlate to any other one of my fics. I'm writing this to cope with episode 9. Pomni has suffered too much, Jax abstracting the biggest problem of all. But somehow, a miracle happened. Not like Jax believed in miracles anyway, maybe it was the undying wish to love.
