When college student Stephanie (Stevie) Miller meets quarterback Eric Thompson, she tries to push him away. Though, it's obvious he's going nowhere. That's something Stevie isn't used to, especially being five months pregnant. She has finally accepted that most guys flee as soon as they see her bump, when Eric comes waltzing into her life, messing up all of her previous plans. Eric Thompson is one of the most popular guys on his college campus. He could have any girl. Yet, a grumpy looking bartender catches his eye. He knows she's tough and very secretive, but he can't walk away. Not only does her history and dramatic past have him drawn in, but also her personality and strength. Yet, to Stevie, something is different about Eric. Even after swearing off men, she can feel her defences slowly start to crumble. It's hard to resist such a caring, charming, handsome guy. And for Eric, it's many things. Maybe it's the way she's not afraid to be honest. Or the fact that she's one of the bravest people he's met. But as they grow closer, their problems only get more complicated. --- This has not been edited yet, and I haven't been planning on it. If there's spelling mistakes, please excuse them!
