A Teenage Girl with attitude named Tomi Kuromiya has been selected as a new Tamer of the next generation with her Digimon Partner named Meicoomon. As they travel to Tokyo as a new student of Minamihara Metropolitan High School as for them to live at the vacation house in Akihabara that her parents have owned long ago since they entrusted Meicoomon to look after Tomi even though she can look after herself while they are gone to look after Tomi's grandma. Problems start to rise when people starts to get corrupted into doing crimes including the Digimon from a unknown higher Digimon threatened to steal every soul on Earth to feed his power and with that, Tomi will have to create a team of Tamers to solve and cleanse the corruption on the people who are wronged as well trying to figure out who is behind all of this... forming the Anti-Crime Network that humans or innocent Digimon turn in for help known as the 'The Aion-Circle'
