Kaminari has anxiety and depression from his classmates calling him stuff like dumb and stupid Kaminari when he goes over his voltage or isn't able to control his quirk which makes him feel stupid or not enough so he acts like the class clown to cover it up and acts like he doesn't feel like he is annoying when they call him things like stupid Kaminari. They all think it's just a joke and they are laughing with him because he is the class clown but Kaminari feels like they are laughing at him. His best friend, Kirishima who is starting to notice something is wrong.
