From behind him, he heard Breakdown step closer and start the cannon on his back. Knockout pulled the object closer protectively before slowly turning to face his conjunx. "The smoke settled. The dirt and dust in the air stinged at her nostrils. She held her breath and clutched a fistful of her shirt on her chest in anticipation. Her heartbeat booming in her ears. Finally, a cloud of smoke was waved away by a grey claw. Thundering steps were heard on the other side of the mass. They made her knees buckle and in fear she stumbled backward. Before she knew it, a black and purple figure stood above her with one smoldering crimson eye. And what was pointed right at her, was a giant gun that started to whirr and the end of the barrel flared a bright purple."

(Sequel of "Transformers Prime: Predacon Evolution") Skyblade, Infinite, and the Decepticons had successfully won against the Autobots, Sonic, Tails, and their human allies after a long ongoing struggle. But now Infinite must decide fast if he wishes to be a full member of the Decepticons, while Skyblade starts to question whether or not he's truly man-made as he believes he is.
