David's never had many friends. Certainly none like Billie Joe. Though later they become inseparable. They're the best of friends. That is, until one completely falls for the other. Of course David has feelings for Billie too, but he doesn't exactly want to. Growing up, that was not tolerated whatsoever. Though that won't stop Billie. And who knows, maybe it'll work out.
