Suburban Hearts is a soft, slow-burn teen lesbian romance about two fem girls Kayla and Nilah navigating love, identity, and unspoken feelings in the suburbs of Texas. Surrounded by a loyal group of queer best friends, they share late-night talks, secret glances, and the kind of bond that feels like more than friendship... but neither of them has said it out loud yet. It's a story about first love, chosen family, and the quiet magic of being seen for exactly who you are.

Rooted in Love follows sixteen-year-old Layla, a soft-spoken Black girl learning to bloom at her own pace. With her heart protected and her peace non-negotiable, Layla lives a quiet life wrapped in warmth - raised by her two loving moms and surrounded by the laughter of her twin baby sisters. She keeps her circle small, only letting in people who feel like home. As a femme lesbian in her soft girl era, Layla craves a love that mirrors the tenderness she was raised in - one that's gentle, intentional, and real. When someone new begins to see her in all the quiet ways that matter, Layla must navigate what it means to be soft and still be strong. Because love, for her, isn't about falling - it's about choosing. And if it doesn't feel like peace, it's not hers to keep. A story about love that starts at home, boundaries wrapped in beauty, and a girl who knows she is worth softness in every form.

Nalani Elisée Benoit (Nuh-LAH-nee Eh-lee-ZAY) is seventeen, deeply spiritual, and in tune with her intuition, journaling her thoughts and prayers like sacred whispers to God. A quiet soul with an Afro-Haitian and Jamaican background, she's been spending her summer in stillness - listening more than speaking, healing more than hoping. But when Soraya Inez De La Cruz (Soh-RYE-yah Ee-NEZ), a girl from her past, appears on her TikTok For You Page, something in her spirit knows it's not a coincidence. Soraya, the soft-eyed, magnetic girl she once shared unspoken feelings with, is suddenly back - and this time, Nalani is ready to follow what her heart, and her faith, are telling her. Both seventeen. Both femme. Both Afro-Caribbean. And both carrying emotions that never fully left. This isn't just a rekindled connection - it's something divinely timed. A love guided by God, spirit, and the stillness that lives between hearts who were never meant to forget each other.

New book of "are we friends or more?" In this book it will be a adult version of them all. In my last book it was a version of Kamari, Sariyah, Namani, and Aaliyah as the main characters when they were teenagers. I wanted to have an updated part for when they are older so you see how much they upgraded their lives with or without their partners... Another couple members added to this book.
