This will be a collection of Tarasia short stories that I need to get out of my head.

Based off the romance of Celie and Shug Avery from Alice Walker's The Color Purple. This story picks up in 1947, months after the events of the original. Celie, now in her 50s has found her voice and a new joy. All of the pieces in her life are coming together. She has her sister, she has her children and she has her faith. With Mister out the picture our Celie gets to redefine for herself what love actually looks like and wether or not Shug Avery is a part of that visual, while Shug redefines for herself what it really feels like to receive unconditional love after years of looking in the wrong places for it.

A Female writer returns home from prison disguised as a maid to pay massive revenge on her ex-husband, who took everything from her after she faked her death to protect herself from him; the first turn of events is when her ex-husband's wife falls in love with her. But a real plot twist of the story is when her revenge against her ex-husband is complete, and she and her current wife move back into her Beverly Hills home. her main revenge turns out to be for her real wife, which she met in prison against the wife she married for pretense.
