A drunk Francis stumbles into Arthur's house at night, and Arthur has to take care of him. He starts getting unfamiliar feelings in his stomach and chest whenever he thinks about the blonde haired frog. But when a drunk Francis unexpectedly kisses Arthur, how will Arthur react?

He isolates America in his home and enjoy's the fact that America can't speak anymore. Although as the months go by America begins to get used to and almost enjoys his forced silence; something Russia can't seem to understand, until he stumbles upon one of America's many written letters. When Russia is trash talked at a meeting he storms out on America during blizzard. They learn that their lonely pain and angst towards the world are not so different.
