However, life wasn't easy for him since his father left them while he was 2 and never came back. As for his mother, she made a bad choice of being a stripper for a gentleman's club just to support her and Max. One day his mother brought a man home from her job and Max woke up by a huge argument between them that cause his mother to be murdered in the living room. Max was devastated and went to kill the man who killed her. When he found the man and tried to avenge his mother, he didn't know that the killer was a satanic priest and said a magical enchantment that sent Max to Hell. Will Max survive Hell and get vengeance for his mother?

Ashford, the Supreme Counsellor of Heaven and Hell and supernatural therapist from the mortal realm have helped all kinds of angels and demons to solve the problems. He can help Charlie Morningstar to rehabilitate the Sinners at Hazbin Hotel and attempted to quell between Stolas and Stella sent the imp assassins to the human world to kill targets with one-free ticket of his portal spell without using Stolas' Grimoire but only in case of borrowing the abilities to improve his Holy Magic Arts (Only finding out that she hired an assassin to kill her husband for sleeping with an imp, Elizabeth). Morbius has his own crew to fight the opposite force of nature, Umbras, the savage pack sent by the man named Baron Killius.
