Tony needs some sort of good deed, so, he takes in a foster child from Germany, he wants to show her what this country is like, but he didn't know the extent of her issues, he then gets kidnapped, but he comes back and he realises that he had taken in a little girl and had not helped her at all, so he comes back and tries to become a the great father that she's never had.
