Y/n Isley-known worldwide as Poison Ivy-is a ghost story whispered in boardrooms and construction sites across the globe.
The green-skinned eco-terrorist has left a trail of bodies in his wake: oil executives, construction foremen, factory owners, anyone who dared harm the natural world he holds sacred above all human life. At fifteen years old, he's already been sentenced to life without parole. Again. The courts remain divided-is he a sick child twisted by trauma, or pure evil wrapped in emerald skin? Mental asylum or maximum-security prison? The judges still can't decide, so he's shuffled between both, a monster too young to execute but too dangerous to ever release.
When Y/n, his only two friends-Harvey Quinn and Sylvester Kyle-stage yet another jailbreak, they don't expect to be interrupted by the Symbol of Peace himself. All Might and U.A.'s Principal Nezu arrive with an offer that sounds too good to be true: freedom, education, and a chance at redemption through the newly created H.O.P.E. Program (Heroic Opportunity for Powered Ex-Offenders).
There's just one problem.
The three "students" they've chosen to pilot this rehabilitation program are the worst possible candidates imaginable:
Y/n Isley-Poison Ivy. Eco-terrorist. Serial killer. Mass murderer. A boy who talks to plants instead of people and has publicly declared his intention to eradicate humanity.
Harvey Quinn. The Joker's teenage boyfriend and willing accomplice to countless crimes. Brilliant, unstable, and dangerously infatuated with a man who will never love him back.
Sylvester Kyle-Catman. The world's most infamous cat thief. Wanted on four continents. Has stolen priceless artifacts from the most secure locations on Earth, apparently just because he can.
These are U.A.'s chosen heroes?
