After all the events of part 1 of the book, this part takes place after season two of Wednesday. Wednesday is on the hunt to find her intended, Enid Sinclair. Enid has transformed into her wolf form and is unable to turn back, and it's Wednesdays job to find her before she is hunted down. Being apart from her lover by rule of the Addams' curse is torture, and not the kind that Wednesday likes.

Enid Sinclair returns to Nevermore Academy changed - quieter and bound by secrets she refuses to share. What begins as curiosity unravels into something far more dangerous when Wednesday discovers the truth: Enid's mother plans to force her into an arranged marriage to "cure" her of who she really is. As walls crumble and desire takes hold, Wednesday is faced with emotions she cannot dissect and a girl she cannot let go. Between defiance and devotion, the two forge something neither of them can name, a bond that burns even in the dark. But love in a world like theirs is never simple... and some promises are as dangerous as they are beautiful.
