Marjorie, a girl studying for deduction and ghost-hunting, gets tangled into a legal case with the agency she's at odds with. What was once a series of exchanged letters and hate mail, is now a forced companionship between the two. But disappointment couldn't be pondered on very long when the professor of Botany dies with no clear reasoning, and a mysterious story to cover it up. Mar and her new friend Locke are determined to solve it in her free time away from the case. All original characters and storyline, but heavily inspired by the X-files, Dr. Who, and Lockwood & Co.
