I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.

We All Consciously Fall, Every Single Time. Everyone tries so hard to sail through their memories once in a while, to remember the good ones forgotten, find the love once lost and relive those little treasured moments. That's a No No Land for Ian. Doing so unearths all the hurts buried deep and meant to be forgotten. One thing does stay. The fact that they would always leave. ALWAYS? Thats the question Koffee never thought she'll be an answer to anyway......IF THERE IS LIFE , THERE IS HOPE. She was always taught to hope, to dream and to live. Opening a coffee shop was a dream she had always hoped to live in. Seeing it come to reality was more than she could ask for. Who knew opening a coffee shop wouldn't be the only phase in her dream come true?
