He sets strict, ridiculous ground rules in his upscale, surprisingly organized apartment, determined to keep their arrangement purely transactional. But as Pomni's quiet, nervous presence clashes with Jax's abrasive, chaos-fueled routines, the lines blur. Pomni finds herself intrigued by the strange, genuine thoughtfulness beneath his insults, and Jax is unexpectedly soothed by the accountant's dry wit and need for stability. Thrown together by circumstance, they navigate shared space, professional anxieties, and an undeniable attraction that slowly burns beneath layers of mutual annoyance and meticulous ground rules. It's a story of how a small, orderly life finds its perfect, chaotic match in the most unlikely of roommates.
