"𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐡𝐞'𝐬 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 '𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞' 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝?" Dr. Frank Langdon and Dr. Audrey Simmons have worked side by side in the emergency room for years within the hospital of Pittsburgh Trauma Centre. They know each other's coffee orders, cover each other's shifts, and trust each other with every patient that comes through the doors. Somewhere between late-night shifts, shared exhaustion, and quiet conversations in empty hallways, their friendship begins to change into something deeper. Neither of them wants to risk the one person they could always rely on - but the longer they ignore it, the harder it becomes to pretend they're just friends. She lived for the thrill of procrastinating until the day an assignment was due, it was a drug to her. Meaning, it didn't surprise her parents or her uncle, Christopher Hart- the legendary surgeon- when she chose to pursue emergency medicine. The ER was the most chaotic, pressure-driven environment in the medical field. But it did surprise them when she told them she was moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After living in different places during her childhood and teen years, her parents finally landed in Chicago. She finished her medical school, with a minor in psychology, getting off debt free thanks to Chris, she started working in the heart of downtown. She started her residency, getting three years out of her hospital before she decided to leave. When she showed up to PTMC, she was finally a senior resident and the staff loved and respected her. But an arrogant, dark-haired doctor just loved getting under her skin. He'd cherry-pick his cases just so he could annoy her. And she hated it. Hated him. Hated his stupid, charming grin. Hated the ocean blue eyes that scrutinized her. Hated the (sadly) sharp jawline that flexed when she did something better than him. Everyone tried to ignore their bickering, but tensions rose to a new level when a new intern and medical students arrived. One with a very keen eye for inconsistencies. What happens when that one intern brings everything to light? Or in which The shift from hell shows the lies that they kept beneath the surface. the pitt s1-2 frank langdonxFEM!OC (all right for the pitt and it's characters go to the directors and writers.)

They weren't supposed to mean anything to each other. A few late nights. A few stolen hours behind closed doors. It should have been easy - and for a while, it was. But you can only hold your breath for so long before something gives. And some fractures don't show until it's already too late to fix them.

Charlotte Robinavitch has always noticed things - the slight tremor in a hand, the hesitation before a lie, the discrepancies no one else thinks to question. Awareness is both her gift and her burden. ADHD only sharpens it. As Michael Robinavitch's golden child, she followed him into medicine determined to carve her own legacy - not to live in his shadow, but to make a difference on her own terms. But when that same awareness leads her to catch a certain resident in the act, Charlotte finds herself trapped in a quiet, year-long war with herself. Because knowing is one thing. Deciding what to do about it is another.
