Piper Cromwell leaves to spend summer at her grandma's house in Danville and the boys next door are creating all sorts of adventures of their own. (Cover not mine.) When her territory gets destroyed by her best friend Angel Dust, his friend Cherri Bomb, and Vaniquette's self-proclaimed greatest rival Sir Pentious, she coerces Charlie and Vaggie into letting her stay at the hotel. While staying there with Angel, she meets Alastor, Husk, and Niffty as the seven work together to run a hotel to rehabilitate sinners.
