Its been months since the Nogitsune possessed Stiles and was ultimately defeated. Months since Allison and Aiden died, months of Stiles struggling to cope knowing he was the one that ultimately killed them, it was his body after all. He is putting on a front of course, this is Stiles, he has been doing that since his mum got sick. But this time he is also pulling away and isolating himself from the Pack and his dad. Will anyone even notice? Is the Nogitsune really gone?

The Nogitsune may be gone, but the memories of what he's done is still very much here. Stiles is struggling to keep himself from going over the edge, unable to sleep or function properly. Panic attacks are a regular thing and all he's doing is worrying his dad. Opening up and talking could help, probably would help. He know this. But his best friends are still getting over a devastating loss, his dad is stress and exhausted from extra hours at work, and maybe Stiles feels like he deserves to suffer a little. Except, there's a certain wolf who thinks other wise. A wolf who, as it turns out, makes an exceptional therapy dog.

The Nogitsune was gone. But Stiles wasn't. AU post season three of Teen Wolf and season 11 of Supernatural. In which Stiles sells his soul after the nogitsune, Castiel was killed and then brought back fully powered by Amara instead of Mary. The BMOL don't exist. Stiles has major depression he has been dealing with it even before his mother died. Her death put him in a never ending spiral. Stiles is on medication to help but it's not to helpful. Stiles gets help from his friends and his dad but he's still struggling a lot. Stiles also has minor anorexia nervosa. He has a a loss in appetite and for him to eat anything really someone has to make him eat usually his dad. Stiles started not eating after his mom died he was so distraught that he couldn't eat and now that continues to be an issue. Another thing this fanfic has is some Peter and Lydia.
