But, as all hero stories go, good times do not last for Eggman returned, this time, with a new partner, Knuckles the Echidna. However, this does not go without saying that you and Sonic also meet a new fellow ally called Miles Tails Prower, or Tails for short. While struggling to adjust to life on Earth, Knuckles the Echidna takes on Wade Whipple and Stormi the hedgehog as his apprentices, training them in the ways of the Echidna and to help Wade prepare for a bowling tournament in Reno, Nev., where his estranged father is competing. During their journey, Wade reunites with his mother and sister, while Knuckles is pursued by a former agent of Dr. Robotnik, who now seeks to take his power for himself.
