A chenford story. Lucy is a rookie at the academy. At work she's always been happy, its her safe space. Which could be perceived as ironic. But at home - behind closed doors, there are things happening that no one knows about. Things she - herself denies. Chris, her current boyfriend is abusive. Emotionally and physically. At fiest he wasn't like that. He made her feel special - you know? Like she was the only person in the world. He only had eyes for her. Or atleast - that was until the alcohol came into the picture. Things got out of hand fast, too fast for Lucy to conteol. But what happens when Tim, her TO - sees the bruises on her arm? When she starts acting stranger by the day? Will he talk to her about it? Lucy and Tim have feelings for each other, and their relationship has grown stronger since their undercover mission. The first time they worked together after the Seth drama was the gala day. They helped people with "Turn Your Ex Day" and then went to the hotel where the gala was held. They had a great time until a man started hurting a woman they'd seen earlier. Tim tried to help, but in the chaos, he accidentally cut the man on the neck with a beer bottle. Lucy helped Tim clean him up, and they ended up hooking up. They didn't talk about it afterward, but at 11:59 p.m. on April Fools' Day, Lucy came over to Tim's place. They hooked up again, and this time they talked about it. Lucy agreed to let him back in and go on dates so she could trust him and know he wouldn't hurt her.

Tim and Lucy have been happily married for a year. Currently Lucy is eight months pregnant with twins, they decided to wait until the twins were born to find out their genders. Lucy joined Angela and Nyla as detectives five months into her's and Tim's marriage. These girls are known as the 'Badasses' of the station, people fear them and know never to cross them. Tim is the Metro Sergeant but also works very closely with the patrol officers.
