The Winx have been called back to Alfea when Miss Faragonda discovers many of her students have gone missing. The girls begin their investigation, but can't seem to find the culprit. As more and more Fairies are disappearing the Winx begin to worry. Can they find the Missing Fairies before it's too late?

Bloom has just started her school year at Alfea when she is told by headmistress Faragonda that she has been expelled for a whole year. The evil trixs set Bloom up by making everyone believe that she was the cause of a "prank" that damaged Alfea. But not wanting to go back to earth her friends come up with the idea for Bloom to be enrolled into a nearby school so that the friends could stay together. But there is one problem the two nearby schools are Cloud Tower, a school for witches and Red Fountain, an all-boys school. Not wanting to go to the same school with the witches that got her expelled, her friends help her disguise as a boy and be enrolled in Red Fountain. But who knew that being a specialist was harder than what they thought. (Set In season 1, bad grammar, spelling and other stuff, be warned)
