It all starts with the end. Han Jisung (a clumsy chemistry student with a painful past) crosses paths with Lee Minho, better known as Venom (the new leader of the notorious Vipers) when two kilograms of Venom's cocaine are mistakenly delivered to Jisung's doorstep, then lost by Jisung himself, under circumstances the idiot cannot remember. Minho accuses him of theft, giving Jisung a fourteen day deadline to either find and give back the cocaine, pay an impossible debt, or take the mysterious third option which, Jisung assumes, has to mean death. In his desperate quest for a way out, Jisung stumbles through a waking nightmare: unexpected connections between Minho and people he thought he could trust, mysterious news articles, abandoned mansions, crime scenes, black-tie parties, chaebol gossip, mafia families, escaping gunfire on the back of Minho's motorcycle. But every single path only leads him back to the night he lost the drugs, and to unanswerable questions: What the hell happened to the two bricks of cocaine? Why can't he remember losing them? What is Minho hiding? And what does the bastard truly want from Jisung? MAFIA AU 16+ (tws in the introduction) COVER MADE BY THE TALENTED ICHINISAMFOLIO ON DISCORD

In the debate world, there are five unspoken rules. The first four are trivial; simple social laws that every sane person would understand. But the last one. Now that's something. Rule Number Five: Never, ever, under any circumstances, date your debate partner. *lowkey inspired by that one english debate they had on Dingo ~ Most people, when it comes to the competitive game known as Debate, have a partner. It's not mandatory, but who doesn't want someone next to them, sharing the work burdens and the joy of winning? It's like having that other half you've always wanted. Not Jisung. As the best debater on his school's small team, he's never found the desire to; after all, nobody has ever matched his level of strength and been able to keep up with him. That is, until an old star steps into the limelight of his life, ready to reclaim a lost title. (yes, it sounds nerdy. no, it is not, and yes, there is much romance ;3)

Jisung, on the other hand, has a feeling there's a darker backstory to it than what everyone says and he's determined to find out. In which Minho is known to be the cold hearted gang member, but that all changes when he has to sit next to Jisung in class. - *the scars are NOT from self harm* DO NOT SKIP THE INTRO CHAPTER.
