╰┈➤ 𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐎..
Akamoto is the daughter of a terminally ill cancer patient. Having grown up in the quiet shadow of inevitable loss, she never learned to cling to life.. or to the people within it. Her emotions, poorly translated through expression and silence, are constantly misunderstood, leaving her isolated from the world she inhabits. Flawed, sharp-edged, and quietly cruel, Ayano pours what she cannot say into paint, dragging color across canvas not for beauty, but for meaning.. if meaning still exists at all.
Shuntarō Chishiya is a medical student who has already witnessed the end of life far too closely. Having watched her father's final moments, he, too, has grown indifferent to living, seeing it more as an experiment than a gift. When he encounters someone who mirrors his detachment, his instinct is not comfort, but contempt. Yet something about Ayano unsettles him. Perhaps it is his fascination with the Mona Lisa.. the unreadable expression, the hidden intent, that leads him to ask to see her paintings, unaware that doing so will draw him into a collision of art, apathy, and two people who understand loss too well to name it.
