Izuku was an innocent bean as a child, he always wanted to be a Hero and never could quite comprehend why one would be a Villain. Then he found out he was Quirkless. As did everyone else. However the sheer heartbreaking confusion and confusion sent out a beacon into the Outer Realms. And something answered.
