That's why their was a sudden spark in news reports about you, a nocturnal vigilante who silently sneaks around unnoticed and uncaught by the law, getting rid of the trash in this world one bullet at a time. Since you aren't a hero implored by the city state government like the others, all other heroes and villains alike view you as a vigilante who must be stopped. All except Penumbra.
