Izuku Midoriya and his class were invited to visit the Kingdom of the Phoenix as they are excited especially Eri since she loves princesses very much. When they arrive they learn about a tournament where the winner gets a prize. The class pleaded with Izuku, Shoto and Katsuki to participate which they did. As Izuku was in the final round as he won. He wanted Eri to meet the princess that is his prize. Izuku won the tournament and he then was met with the King Sirius. Where he tells him that his prize is to marry his younger daughter Stella Vermillion. This caused an uproar as Izuku being all shocked said yes.

Tommy Oliver along with his wife Kimberly Oliver were in Japan enjoying their 5th year anniversary. While walking they heard someone crying as they saw pudies around the kid. They went to help as one puffy managed to get to the kid but the next moment he used the Tiger Roar sending him back. Tommy and Kimberly knew this is the kid for being told by the prophecy about the chosen one to wield all red rangers powers. The kid's name is Izuku Yagi as he was all beaten up. He told them about him being neglected by his parents and abused by his twin sister and friends. Zordon appears with the Red Morphin Master, and they tell them that Izuku is the chosen one. Izuku asks if he could become a hero with this power, and they say yes making him happy. Tommy and Kimberly decide to adopt him and take him away from his past to make sure he becomes a kid while training for his powers. This is the Story of Izuku Oliver as the Forever Red Ranger.

Trama: Kaijus, bestias gigantescas que una vez amenazaron al mundo con su presencia y poder. Para combatirlos, se creo un grupo para ello: las Fuerzas de Defensa Anti-Kaiju de Japón, que usaban armas y equipamiento para luchar contra ellos, incluso usaban armas, creadas con los cuerpos de los Kaijus que son identificados. Pero dentro de este equipo, existió un hombre se volvió uno de estos Kaiju, debido a que este mismo monstruo se fundió con él, convirtiéndose en un Kaiju que combatía con otros: su nombre era el Kaiju no. 8 y gracias a el, pudieron derrotar a todos y convertirse en el Rey Kaiju, y sobre todo... Un héroe para sus conocidos. Pero ahora ya no existen los Kaijus, después de que todos fueran eliminados, ahora considerados seres de leyenda, la sociedad ha entrado en una era donde la gente ha obtenidos súper poderes llamados Koseis, pero solo un 80%, y el 20% restante se los denomina Mu Kosei. Izuku, un Mu Kosei de nacimiento, alguien que ha sufrido por culpa de la desigualad, abuso y desprecio por no ser iguales a los demás, debido al poder de las palabras, decide que ya no era necesario en este mundo...
