Yaoyorozu Momo, Bakugo Katsuki and Todoroki Shouto are top students and unlikely friends from UA Academy, a school in an alternate Japan that has 80% of its entire population with quirks/superpowers. Together with Class 1-A, they embark on an arc involving a secret clan of anti-heroes with no weaknesses still experiencing the aftershocks of the events with Stain. Yaoyorozu, Bakugo and Todoroki along with their comrades test their friendship, their camaraderie and ultimately their feelings for one another as this story unfolds. Shoto Todoroki has been a fiery but reasonable kid, never afraid to lash out when someone insults him, aiming to become a true hero, unlike his father, without using his fire side of his Quirk. Momo Yaoyorozu has an amazing Quirk, but is insecure and unsure about herself. She aspired to be an amazing hero but, because of her major insecurities, thinks that dream is not possible. Both had gotten into U.A. based off of the recommendations. Both of them aim for the same thing, but have obstacles blocking their paths. They need someone to help them get past their obstacles.
