Six high school students. One impossible mission. And a power they never asked for... Kidnapped by the ruthless bio-terrorist group NEMESIS, the teens are exposed to a new element called Primonium-unlocking abilities only the rarest of humans, known as Primes, could possess. NEMESIS plans to unleash Primonium into the atmosphere, creating thousands of superhumans and reshaping society on their own twisted terms. Rescued by Atlas Corp., a private military organization dedicated to stopping NEMESIS, the six teens are thrust into a world of danger, espionage, and powers beyond their imagination. As new Primes, they must progress with their abilities, trust each other, and confront a rising threat that could kill millions. From high school parties to global battlefields, these six heroes must stop NEMESIS before the world changes forever. Evolution isn't a choice-it's a responsibility. And the clock is ticking. 🧬🧬🧬 Red Skies is a semi-grounded superhero story with some light progression elements. Think of it as Captain America meets X-Men meets Power Rangers meets My Hero Academia. There will be three books in the series, each of somewhere in the realm of 30-35 chapters apiece. The series contains 3 POVs, each dealing with different themes, character development, and aspects of the story. Chapters are 2,000-3,000 words, every Saturday at 12 PM EST.

It should have heralded the dawn of a new age. A future that would see the human race reach out and then stride among the stars. But a conspiracy hundreds of years in the making comes to fruition at the beginning of humankind's greatest achievement, and its greatest failure. For the fifteen thousand occupants of the decommissioned space station, Sekai No Mirai, and its commander, Shani Akinye, the point where everything ends for humanity is the point where the fight for survival begins. Lost, stranded, millions of light years from Earth, the crew and the people of Mirai station must fight to return home against ever-increasing odds against them and, in the process, save the enemy that brought disaster to the Earth. An SF epic in the vein of Battlestar Galactica, Space:1999 and The Expanse, from Wattys 2021 winner, Jan Karlsson. (Cover created in Canva, using a stock picture manipulated using AI)

Natalie Kotov is a 20 year old women, who has had enough experience in violence for multiple life times. She finds herself in jail, until one day she is pulled out by a stranger. That same stranger tells her the world is ending, that there are zombies that spreading. Of course its unbelievable.. until Natalie sees the news reports. The man that picked her up from jail gives her a choice, go with him to help protect the community of Brandy Creek or go her own way in the developing apocalypse. * * Brandy creek mostly focuses on the looting and exploring aspect of the zombie apocalypse, something I personally find very interesting. There is flirting and the beginning of relationships that form pretty fast. There is gore, cussing, and some sexual scenes.
