One rainy night while Tony Stark is out, he comes across a 15 month old boy named Peter Parker, whose is injured and very weak. He immediately takes the young boy to the hospital where he is treated, with no one claiming to be the parents of Peter. He is placed under Tony's guardianship temporarily until any remaining family members or someone decides to take him in.

Peter Parker is a neglected 8-year-old who, thanks to his genius, gets into the Stark Industries internship program. Tony Stark, who initially hates the presence of children, soon becomes enraptured by the boy's genius and learns that he has always wanted children, but has never found the right one... Peter Parker, who hides the fact that May Parker is not the perfect caretaker at all, and that behind closed doors, his world is far from perfect.

Peter's been through a lot in his life, so when something so horrible happens to his aunt, it messes with him and causes a chain of events.

Suddenly Peter Parker gets a Stark Internship, and begins to work with his idol the one the only, Tony Stark. But Tony begins to notice signs of abuse on Peter, and worries for his safety at the orphanage.
