After an incident a familiar once Meowth-now boy has to deal with living his life in his new body while Jessie, James and Ash and his friends try to find a cure. Post-'Forgotten Youth: Meowth's Origins' (Another story of mine) because it is set in the show (around XY but with Misty and Brock added because why not.)

Having joined up with Ash and his friends in Sinnoh after tragic events take Jesse and James away from him, Meowth must trudge on with life as normal. But when constant danger looms and threatens to take his new family away from him, Meowth must find a way to save his family from Death all over again, as well as himself. Can the cat with seemingly endless nine lives succeed? And if so, at what price? The original story belongs to tiniest_hands_in_all_the_land on Archive Of Our Own, the story titled "Graveyard of Stars". Read this. It is sad, but awesome; I love the writer and believe they should become a professional writer as I was hooked from beginning to end non-stop.
