But when he went missing in battle in late 1943, everyone suddenly decides it was a horrible idea. The president of the United States is left in the dark, and used to being told what to do by the personification, is now left to run the nation alone, as the US slowly falls apart. Meanwhile, America is stuck on the wrong front of Europe, taunted by nightmares and hallucinations of his past, as well as some serious injuries, the only grounding presence being a certain red.
