Akaza was devastated seeing Douma die. But luckily Douma barely survived it but made it out. Akaza on the other hand started becoming weaker and didn't care about his life anymore. After the incident both lives were changed very drastically, Douma became cold and mean since he lost most of his memories, while Akaza dropped from Uppermoon3 to just a normal demon. (Akaza is a human and Douma is a demon) You see Douma is all peaceful killing all the woman who come around, not caring about the men at all. But then he meets Akaza, and all that is on Douma's mind is to take Akaza all for himself.. But there are big problems... Especially the fact that Douma is a demon and Akaza is a human, Douma knows Akaza HATES how he kills women and would never like him. But that does not stop Douma's jealousy, which leads him into a blinding rage, killing everybody in his path to Akaza, and leading Akaza right into the traps of Douma himself. (My second story by the way!!)

Muzan gets a little mad at Akaza for failing a mission terribly... and he decided pain is not the best punishment... Instead Akaza gets a mental punishment... in short he has to call Douma "Douma-dono" and he cannot even hit Doumas head off until the mission is completed. This punishment is hard for Akaza at first, but leads him into gaining the love of his life...
