By coincidence, Omar meets a violent Jihadi named Waqas, who promises to help Omar find the killer and punish him. But soon Omar finds out that Waqas has sinister plans of his own.
Thrown into the political life of turmoil in Kashmir, Omar rises to become the Chief Minister of the state. Now he has the power and motivation to find the killer and punish the people who betrayed him.
