Mike Shinoda came home for the Holiday's for the first time in years not expecting anything but Family time and relaxation. What he got instead was more than he ever anticipated once his eyes landed on someone from his past, someone he had missed.

Mike moves in with the rest of the guys, beforehand knowing only Brad. All he really needs a place to sleep so he can carry on with his studies. But it never goes as planned, right? (kinda AU, happening in the old days, no band. Warning for smut) [COMPLETED]

Linkin Park completes their first album, Hybrid Theory, and returns back from tour. Except, Chester begins to act differently once they start trying to write their next album. While he's going down a spiral of personal drama, Mike's finding himself falling for Chester more and more with everyday and begins to notice his dismay. Uncovering the truth is only the beginning of the end. Mentions of sexual abuse. Sorry I haven't finished Deadpan yet, but I ran into a writer's block and came out of it with this story in mind. It's going to be pretty short, but I can actually finish this one instead of leaving it incomplete.

The first time was surreal. Maybe because it had been a hot minute since he'd messed around in someone's parents' basement. More likely, though, it was the fact that he'd never messed around with a guy before, let alone a guy who was probably his best friend. A guy who was even more obsessed with girls than he was.

Mike Shinoda moves to Agoura Hills for the last two years of high school. He meets up with a couple new friends just in time for Homecoming. They’re set on setting him up with someone. But what’s the problem with this kid that can’t seem to take his eyes off Mike? What’s his deal? And why is he so different?

Chester Bennington, 21, is finally out of the institution where he stayed most of his life. The outside world is a scary place for the anxious young man, but soon enough, he finds someone he can be friends with, or at least he thinks so. Will Mike be able to bring Chester out of his shell?

With two new albums coming out soon, the band is getting ready to tour once again. Chester knows that the tour will start at the beginning of the summer but what can he do until then? Mike has been going off every day and doesn’t come back until later. He finds himself spending a lot more time with the other guys. But can they keep him together or will he fall apart?
