Alone on a Tuesday night after your boyfriend broke up with you via one single text message the night prior? (What an asshole!) Worry no longer! (And grab your sunscreen, 'cuz it's gonna get HOT.) There's an Eldritch entity in your home willing to take care of you the way you deserve. In other words, the CRT you take off Kris's hands after they knocked on your door one morning asking if you wanted it ends up courting you in the most horror-esque ways possible: channel changes to communicate with you, staticky name whispering when he craves your attention, and shadowy manifestations unbound after an altruistic fluffy goat boy nearly convinced him that "all" Darkners grow "obsolete" eventually. (Hah, what a loon!) But wait, there's more! (The Lord of Screens is, of course, a man who stops at nothing to get what he wants.) NOTHING will prevent him from showing his Dark World form in the Light World. Not even Death himself. (He can SUCK it!)

A lightner ending up in the TV WORLD after a sleepover at their friend's house. Is it a dream? Who knows. But more importantly our LIGHTNER will start getting interested in a weird tv shaped person. 《Disclaimer》 -I do not own Deltarune, the game and characters are created by Toby Fox. -I just own the plot of this story. -The reader will be going by They/Them pronouns. -English isn't my first language so I apologize if there are any mistakes. Thanks @Basil_X0X0 for helping me create this story by proofreading it and fixing any mistakes. The story will also be on AO3 so if you see it got uploaded there too by my User it isn't stolen.

When Kris asks for a favour, it seems simple enough: take their old television and keep it at your place, since it means a lot to them and they don't want Toriel to throw it out. You accept, but then they explain the television is actually a man named Tenna, and -- socially awkward as you are -- you plug him in and try to strike up a conversation. Surprisingly, it works out, and you gain a new friend (and maybe a lover eventually, if you keep up your smooth moves).
