The Team, minus Aqualad, go to Haly's Circus to investigate the murders of criminals being escorted by the troupe. When they arrive, they are invited to play a game, and how can they refuse when it is their only chance of finding their culprit? Fortunately for them, they find up finding who they were looking for. The bad thing? Their murderer is an eight year old ghost by the name of Richard Grayson. (AN: I may or may not have played too much Five Nights at Freddy's... <.<)

The team are tasked to protect Richard Grayson, essentially be his bodyguards; he has been getting attacked and been receiving a lot of threats from the League of Shadows, and Batman believes he needs to be protected by the team despite protest from Richard. Some Info: I'll be taking some creative liberties with this fan fic that are separate from what is cannon. In this plot, Richard will be aged 14-15 (around YJ S1 Age), no one in the team knows his secret ID, even KF. Aside from his normal character stats, I will dabble in adding both singing and/ musical instrument to Richard's abilities. There will be good old BirdFlash within this fic as well. He helped Batman fight crime and soon created his own team with his best friends Wally and Kladur. One night the team was deployed on a mission to rescue a few hostages. Everything was going as planned until the team bumped into some unexpected company. Deathstroke and Bane managed to take down the entire team and kidnap Robin before the team could call for backup. 5 years later Dick comes back with a new friend and is bloodthirsty. He wants revenge against his old mentor who let both Jason and him down. Will Bruce and Dick's friends be able to save him or will they have to take down him down for good. (Editing)

For the past seven years robin has been masquerading as a boy, it all started with Batman being worried about her safety, after all the world is a much crueler place to a young girl.
