*+. It was a normal school day for Azalea and Jasper Ravencroft. Suddenly, the school announcements rang out through the halls, Code Black. A bomb. At that, the whole school erupted into chaos. Azalea and Jasper had a class near the basement, so they were among the first in the shelter. A day goes by, and the school realizes they are soon going to run out of supplies, so they send groups out to find food, but when the twins offered to go out, they ran home, looking for their family in the wreck of the whole country that was bombed. It slowly dawns on them that their fathers' worst fears are becoming. Now it's up to them to save themselves with the help of the friends they make along the way.+* This is my first book, so it won't be the best, but I am taking tips and suggestions to make it and my writing better!
