America, a straight A student, would be the last one pinned for murder. In the big city, robbery is yesterday's news. Even if all evidence points at America, who would believe such a sweet, teenage boy could cause such mass destruction? "I'm a serial killer, what more could you ask for?" Russia, a life drop out, is 'best buds' with America. He's one of the very few who knows of America's vicious deeds. Why doesn't he tell anyone? Well, let's just say, no one can hear you when you're a ghost. "What it feels like? Eh...shitty mostly." Do not copy and paste my work. Correcting my spelling is always appreciated though!

Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages. There is literally a filing cabinet full of as much information as possibly gathered on each of his forms, nicknamed "State forms" as USA himself calls them. Though, after meeting Russia, USA takes an interest and starts telling more information than usual to Russia, stringing him along for his own amusement. But even with all this information, will America ever truly be caught and locked up for good? Russia's life changed forever when he was twelve. Not when he lost his mother or started puberty, but the night he was attacked by a man who wasn't entirely human. The aftermath left him with heightened senses, an insatiable thirst for blood, and fangs he never asked for. He hated the one who did this to him, who turned him into a fanged freak, but not as much as he hated himself. For five years, Russia has survived on blood bags, chocolate, and the occasional animal, all while suppressing his instincts and the monster lurking beneath. The fragile balance shatters when a new kid named America sits next to him in first period. America's scent is maddening, and his relentless attempts at friendship are even worse. But the biggest problem is that Russia can't let him get close--not when the darkness inside is always one slip away from taking control. America's life has never been normal, because his normal was hunting the abnormal. Raised in a family of vampire hunters, he was trained to track and kill the creatures in small, suspicious towns. But after a close call that almost cost his mother her life, America's family called it quits. No more hunts. They moved to a quiet town to settle down. At least, that was the plan. When a young girl is found brutally murdered, her neck torn and her body drained of blood, America's family prepares for one last hunt. Meanwhile, Russia's family accuses him of the crime and exiles him, claiming he broke the one rule: Don't kill for blood. But Russia didn't do it. Forced to work together to clear his name, America and Russia find themselves tangled in a web of lies, hunger, and danger. How does Russia react when he learns his new friend is a vampire killer? How does America handle helping the very thing he's been trained to kill? And, of course, can they ultimately find it in themselves to stow their shit and focus on the real threat?

Every country can turn into either a dog or a cat. When in other forms, they normally have a necklace so that the pound doesn't take them and so that they can control what form they're in. One day America get his collar stolen by Soviet and gets stuck as his cat form. What happens next? You'll have to wait and see.

(RUSAME/COMPLETED) Russia walked the empty halls of the early morning. Pondering what he just did. He took someone's life... But he didn't feel guilty, he felt... what's the word... ecstatic. He didn't remember anything, just the before and after. The rest is just a fuzz. Russia led the girl to the back of the school, by leaving a note in her locker the previous day. The tall tale of the later hardships faced by "the gifted child". As Russia ages, he finds his life dulling because he has nothing to live for. He had already succeeded in so much that his life loses purpose. One fateful day he unexpectedly befriends America who understands exactly how he is feeling. He persuades Russia to partake in deadly events with him to help him feel excitement again. Intelligently gifted depressed psychopaths should never become addicted to danger... or become besties. 🦠🦠🦠 America glances back over to me with a menacing grin plastered onto his face. He laughs and its echo haunts my ears. "I don't think I'm insane; surely my entire situation is understandable. If it weren't, I would've been put into that asylum when I was younger." I stare into his doe mismatched colored eyes. What the hell did I get myself into? "America, you are insane." I repeat. I was truly at a loss for words and had conflicting emotions. Crossing the street blindfolded was the last thing I had expected him to try. And yet, I was even more disturbed at how much I wanted to try it for myself... "And so are you, Russia." he says chillingly as if he had a key to my gated mind. "We are not so different and you know it. You are not normal; you revealed that to me in your past. Our horrible childhoods molded us into what we are today. " "I'm not fucking crazy."
