The year is 1973 and a new nuclear power plant is built on Sodor. But on the 4th July, the island is plunged into nuclear fallout after the power plant explodes. original AU by Tidmouth Thunderbolt

A new company makes a deal with Sir Topham to have his railway transport their tankers around the Island. However, Oliver quickly grows fed up with it, while Duck gets suspicious about what the tankers are carrying. It all comes to a head when a massive explosion occurs at the Harbor, causing the chemicals to leak all over the Western side of Sodor. Now, it's up to Oliver and everyone else he meets to save survivors on Sodor. Will they succeed? Find out!
