Romeo plots to betray his leader Marcy and his brother Sprig to ignite a war against the non-powered humans called "haoles" by the supers & Metahumans so he can finally enact his revenge on them for years of abuse and torment they brought on him Can Peace be achieved or will War break out between the two groups of humanity
