Juliet Valeska returns to Gotham with an intention to find out what had happened to her, but she learns she bit off more then she can chew.

In Gotham being bad is good, as the Reader finds herself in a manner of situations from being the head honcho at Arkham Asylum to being a Rookie cop fresh out of the academy. That doesn't last long for soon she is thrown back into the world of insanity and the twists and turns in it.
