When Ariella is called to the Night Court to make amends for the past, she finds Azriel sinking down into the depths of the ocean. Azriel is saved by her soft embrace, and soothing song. After their encounter Azriel finds himself dreaming of hearing her voice once more. Slowly whisperings being to stir beneath the waves and together Ariella, and the Night Court must restore the relationship between the merpeople and the fae, before destruction lays between both of their lands.
