University is known as a time for discovering who you are, but all the boys living in the LGBT complex of University College Cork seem to be discovering is that they can't keep it in their pants. When the lives of Freddie Constantine, Matt Coleman, Jack Fox, and Benny Love converge in one small apartment, sparks fly as love and hate mingle in the atmosphere.

Jack Nickels is 17 and a senior in high school, he has the looks, the popularity, the girls begging to be his, money, a stable family unit and he was quarterback on the school team. But one night his sister brings home her boyfriend to meet the family and everything changes. Quiet Reed Sparrow never really had any friends, so when he lands the quarterbacks sister, he expected things to change. But no-one could have prepared him for what really happened... Meeting your girlfriend's family was scary, but for Reed talking to Jack Nickels was an even scarier concept. They guy screamed man and oozed testosterone, Reed was a junior but he knew of Jacks notorious streak, everyone did. So when Reeds life starts gravitation around someone it shouldn't he vows not to be seduced, but when the Jack Nickels starts to pay you attention it's extremely hard to say no... (P.S gigolo is meant in the term that a man's thing on the side is his mistress. So a woman's thing on the side doesn't have a name so I'm calling it a gigolo. But I might consider incorporating the gigolo concept into the story :D)

Brent Steed was a nerd. He was also a puny little thing but Chase McBransey was always nice to him. Brent even confessed his love for Chase but was turned down. But what happens when our little nerd turns into a hottie over summer break? And he isn't giving up on Chase anytime SOON. Don't forget Aston MaCoy, Chase's bestfriend who is also head over heels in love with him.
