Moonwatcher, Winter, Kinkajou, Turtle, Qibli, and Aqua (SeaWing OC) decide to have a little group reunion after weeks without seeing each other due to everyone being busy during the summer. The reunion starts out lovely, everyone's catching up and chatting about what they've been up to. But two certain "friends" feel an awkward tension around each other because of a past rivalry between their tribes which has gotten in the way before. But the tension only gets worse when both realize what it really is. . . a crush.

This story is a Fanfic of Wings of Fire (HUMAN AU)! Our main characters, Winter and Moon go through the struggles of high school. Winter goes through many challenges throughout each chapter while Moon has to help through those challenges. Trauma, Memories, Abuse, People, much things the two must get through but can they keep their love together. In which Winter (poor child- he is trying his best) and Moon (the most oblivious) are humans at a boarding school in Washington State, and I spew forth fluffy headcanons and lovely tropes at an astonishing rate. There's umbrella sharing, mutual ditching of social activities, getting caught in the rain, large bottles of glitter, Planet Earth, texting, stargazing, fuzzy scarves, dream pop, electronica, Metallica, Zebulon Finch (you don't want to know), lab partner aus, kissing, slow-dancing, beanbags, and appearances from our other friends (Kinkajou, Qibli, Umber, Turtle, and others), as well as lots of sweet fluffy stuff with very little angst (but still some angst because I am an Overdramatic Teenager and I could not resist and, besides, Winter is pretty much the Angst Lord).

Winter knows he's a disappointment. First, he falls in love with his sworn enemy, then he helps them to defeat a great evil before betraying their trust in the final battle to run off to his tribe. All while being mean to his clawmates. So he decides enough is enough. The only way to stop feeling pain, Is to get rid of it. But what happens when a long-buried Icewing secret rises again with a thirst for vengeance and blood?

Illustrated story! Moonwatcher realizes that her choices, which affect her entire future, have not been what she wants and longs for. Where does she belong? Will she always be an outsider? She has no visions of the dangers that await her as she sets out to find answers. Winter has lost hope for the dragon he loves and focuses on his other passion; to scavengers. However, a surprising event leads him to face his past and gives a new direction to his life. Family has always been his worst fear, but he could not have imagined even in his nightmares the situations he will have to face on his journey. This story takes place about 3 years after book number 15. Contains characters and references to events from the three Wings of Fire book series, including the Dragonslayer. So if you haven't read the books, this story might spoil their plot.
