Storms tended to bring change. Solving Neridia's first ever murder case wasn't exactly what Nemera had in mind. The overworked yet semi-retired bartender had seen her fair share of death and destruction within a world full of dragons and demons. But when Aidari Rainheart, a young Stormspell elf is accused of murdering one of her own, Nemera is dragged in to follow in her former Master's footsteps. Whether she liked it or not. The role of the Night Rider is a heavy burden to carry and without the usual comforts of following others' lead, Nemera finds herself drawn to secrets hidden deep within the Brink. But nothing is ever that easy when elves are involved and much like a good mead, the truth starts to get a lot murkier the more she delves in. Especially when Aidari turns out to be hiding far more than any elf in Neridia. Caught between a peace treaty, the aftermath of war and a complicated relationship with a happy go lucky pyro spirit things go from bad to worse when Nemera learns who exactly the victims are. Political coups turn into a full on power vacuum and how poisoning a dragon could lead to the murder of two of the most prominent elves in history. After all, killing an immortal race had never been done before. Somehow, Nemera has to learn to put aside her biases, her booze and most importantly, her bad mood to help those truly in need and maybe get a free tip at the end of the day. With a healthy dose of wit and a sobering reminder of what every Traited faces, perhaps her Master's last wish was for her to become something more than being a drop in the barrel.

He's been asleep for a decade. He hasn't aged a day. He is the city's most beautiful secret. Inside the glass "coffin" of the Somnigraph, Heath is a storm trapped in amber. As a bio-galvanic battery, he is the only thing keeping London's new electric grid from flickering out. To the world, he is a miracle of science; to Kit Moore, he is the ghost of a past she tried to bury. When the Institute demands a "correction" that will leave Heath a hollow shell, Kit realizes her science has become a poisoned apple. The glass is thick, the voltage is rising, and it's time for the "prince" of the moors to finally wake up-and burn the palace down. A dark Steampunk retelling where the haunting obsession of Brontë meets the unhallowed science of Shelley. The moors have been traded for the hum of the electric wire, and the ghost has become the machine.

But life on the sea is crueler than it has ever been. Trapped between sea monsters, cultists, and pirates, Jameson's stories might be his only salvation-and the ruin of the gods. War ravages the Drowned Sea, monsters rise from its depths, and heroes drown in them. In this world where land is sparse and gunpowder rules the sea, only the villains will survive. Lilyth is coming. After losing her parents, twenty-eight-year-old Bee Harland keeps her world small: work hard, stay focused, avoid heartbreak. But her trainee assistant role at Silverline Publishing's Cheshire branch begins to challenge all of that-especially when quiet, disciplined Thomas Knight, her boss, becomes the one person who makes her feel seen. What starts as admiration slowly turns into something deeper, something dangerous... something neither of them are sure they're ready for. When Bee reads a devastating feature about how pollution is destroying UK gardens, her parents' old property suddenly feels more precious than ever. The idea strikes her like sunlight: Bee's Garden-a campaign about environmental decline, restoration, and the personal roots she's still learning to protect. For the first time, she fights for her story. For her family's land. For herself. But as her project grows, so do the complications between her and Thomas. With boundaries blurring, expectations tightening, and the future uncertain, Bee has to decide what she's willing to risk-and what she's afraid to lose.
