In a world of cold power and sterile luxury, 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙠𝙤𝙫 is the untouchable devil. A ruthless billionaire whose empire drips with blood and billions, he lives by one savage rule: 𝘕𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘮. Skin is poison. Contact is contamination. His body is a locked fortress-until the day his control begins to burn. 𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘋𝘶𝘣𝘰𝘪𝘴. Calm. Graceful. Dangerously composed. The new maid moves through his marble halls like living temptation-soft curves wrapped in a crisp uniform, warm skin that carries the faint scent of lavender and sin. She doesn't cower. She doesn't break. And that quiet defiance sets Dante's blood on fire. His obsession ignites instantly. He isolates her. He watches her every breath through hidden cameras. He pulls her into his private sanctuary and makes her the center of his sterile, suffocating world. What begins as forbidden hunger quickly becomes feral need. The man who recoils from touch now aches to devour her-running starving hands over her bare skin, tasting her trembling lips, burying himself deep inside her slick heat while fighting the revulsion that once ruled him. Every hard thrust, every desperate moan, every filthy whisper of ownership chips away at his sanity. She consents. She surrenders. But she never truly escapes. In the heat of his madness, Dante's touch turns raw, possessive, and devastating. He claims her against cold marble, on silk sheets soaked with sweat, and in the darkness where pain and pleasure blur. He will shatter every rule, ruin his own mind, and lock her in his gilded cage just to feel her come undone around him again and again. She was supposed to be invisible. Instead, she became his addiction... and his only weakness. He will never let her go.

Zara Owens has spent her whole life being the smartest person in the room and the most dangerous one to underestimate. At 28, she's a Black sociologist who deconstructs power for a living, doesn't step inside churches, and has never once apologized for a silence she chose to break. Her tongue is a scalpel. Her walls are load-bearing. And she has exactly one soft spot: her younger sister, Amara. Which is why she's sitting in a pre-marital Bible study at Grace Covenant Church-six weeks out from Amara's wedding, surrounded by people who would call her cynicism a sin. Love, Zara is learning, is just humiliation with good intentions. The first problem is Marcus. Amara's fiancé. Golden-voiced, scripture-draped, and obsessed with Zara in a way she has documented, shut down, and lost sleep over. He sits four chairs away, smiling like he knows something. He doesn't. But Zara is carrying a secret about him that could burn her sister's entire future to the ground. The second problem is Adrien Mercer. Six-foot-five. Wire-rimmed glasses. The kind of quiet that makes loud people nervous. He watches Zara like he's reading a book he doesn't want to put down-and she hates how steady his gaze feels. Adrien has spent his whole life performing obedience: to the church, to his family, to the version of faith that demands you stop asking questions. But watching Zara refuse to shrink is making him wonder if he's been lying to himself for years. Over six weeks, the Bible study becomes a pressure cooker. Marcus inches closer. Amara plans her dress fittings, oblivious. And Adrien-the one man Zara never saw coming-starts seeing through every wall she's ever built. Eyes On Her is for every woman who has walked into a room and felt the weight of being watched, judged, and reduced-and who knows exactly what happens when she finally decides to look back. Some secrets destroy families. Some silences destroy you. And some men... see you so clearly, you forget to be afraid.

She was born to serve. He was born to rule. One glance was all it took to ruin them both. Maya has spent her entire life learning how to disappear. As a palace maid in the Emperor's obsidian halls, her survival depends on being invisible - silent, obedient, and utterly forgettable. She cleans the floors of the throne room, avoids the shadows of the guards, and never, ever , looks up at the man who sits on the burning throne. Until the night she does. Emperor Kaelen is young, merciless, and impossibly beautiful - a golden god carved from ice and fire. The empire whispers that he has no heart. That he collects obedience the way other men collect crowns. That no one has ever held his gaze and lived to tell of it. But when Maya's eyes meet his across the throne room, the world stops. He sees her. Really sees her. And a man who has spent his life owning everything suddenly discovers the one thing he cannot have - a palace maid with fire in her blood and defiance in her bones, who refuses to kneel for anyone. The Emperor does not ask. He commands. He claims. He consumes. But Maya is not a possession. And the throne room that once felt like a cage is about to become a battlefield - where obsession meets resistance, where power meets desire, and where one forbidden glance ignites an empire.

If there's one thing the universe loves, it's irony. And we get to see just how ironic it is when Kiara Washington so happens to transfer to the same college as her ex, Christiano Marks. It's a big campus though, so the chances of the two seeing each other are very slim... unless, of course, they become neighbors again. Obviously the tension immediately forms-- there was never a true conclusion to their chapter. However, with Chris already being romantically involved with another woman and Kiara working to get used to the transition from an HBCU to a PWI, the time to confront the past is not ideal... especially when lingering emotions are so apparent. But sometimes yielding to temptation can't be helped. They were so sure they'd let go. But if that kind of love is real, moving on is never truly an option. After all, is it really cheating if you were never happy to begin with? **SEQUEL TO WOKE**
