This is one of my Folk of the Air series "What if's?". I have a lot of these for many different series. This one is about when Madoc stabbed Jude while she was escaping from his camp in Queen of Nothing. I have had this "what if" for a while. What if the Roach didn't get shot with that dart and Cardan sent him back to the palace while Cardan caught up with Jude? What if Cardan saw Jude get stabbed? I have always imagined this as a bit dramatic when I was thinking and acting parts of stories in my room (I know i'm a teen and I roleplay in my room.
